We continue now our manga mini-series with another big dude giving the spanking (the last time
was here just three weeks ago although it wasn't manga). We believe
this one was provided by someone named Wunderweiss over at
Anime OTK. We apologize for not being sure,
but some of our notes, which we started to save inside the picture files so we couldn't lose
them (or so we thought), seem to have been lost anyway. (Technical hint: when inserting comments
inside a picture file, be sure to instruct Windows to apply the changes before closing the
"Properties" window). 
When we said "big dude" above, we weren't kidding! This guy is sumo wrestler-sized and his expression suggests he's just a wee bit perturbed about something. We think this is called Tetsugin Ganma, which means something like "Iron Man" and is probably meant figuratively since a guy this big doesn't really need a suit of armor like the well-known Marvel super-hero. He easily pulls off that strange variation of the OTK position in which the spankee is really just held under the spanker's non-spanking arm. We may assume the spankee deserves her spanking, but even so this scene strikes the Westerner as being rather harsh. That characteristic, by the way, is one of the reservations we have about manga spankings generally.
