Our spanker in this Bill Ward cartoon is considerably less scholarly-looking than the one we saw last time. Though he may not hold any advanced degrees, he does seem to know enough about spanking for the spankee to inquire what he has planned for an encore.
Of interest is the spankee's hands being supported by a low stool, something more typically employed in the bent-over position than OTK. If we were doing this spanking, we'd answer the spankee's question by bending her over, hands on the stool, and applying the paddle or cane.
