We've seen Keith Garvey before in this gallery (here). As we mentioned there, Garvey is not into spanking, but once again he provides Doctor Cylon with the ideal setup: a bad girl with a bare bottom, and the good Doctor knows what to do next: he added the red color to the first version and animated the second!
