An S & M club appears to be the setting for this drawing of a well-positioned OTK spanking. Since we don't recognize the artist, we can't tell whether he was trying to suggest an atmosphere of weary decadence or whether that's just his drawing style. In either case, Doctor Cylon really hit the target with precisely-applied red coloring that adds some welcome pizzazz.
