Tooner is once again the source of inspiration for Doctor Cylon: he provides a girl with a very nice, spankable bottom (as he did with Mulan, Spank Kimmie, and Spank Kimmie's Mom), and the Good Doctor certainly knows how to take it from there . We think our spankee is supposed to be Mulan again, but it really doesn't matter because whoever she is, she's highly spankable and Doc Cylon provides a top-knotch animated paddle-swat!
