We vaguely remember that many years ago there was a Doctor Who episode entitled "The Five Doctors". (Terrible TV series, by the way, although the question of whether there was any spanking in it is worth pursuing - see Vanilla Spanking for a start, and of course there has been some spanking fan fiction.) We don't have five doctors here, but we do have two: Doc Icenogle, an artist previously unknown to us, and of course our own Doctor Cylon. Their subject material here is Velma, her chubby bottom bared by a mustachioed(!) ghost, apparently for spanking purposes (we believe Doc Cylon added the red coloring) as he binds her wrists with his right(?) hand.

We'd guess this is one of D.I.'s later works as it doesn't remotely resemble any of the drawings we've found under his name (no link here because we're not sure it's the same artist). The anatomy is not particularly strong, but it is better than that in those earlier drawings. We also think it is he and not D.C. who put the "WIGGLE!" next to those unrestrained globes. Is that the appeal of Velma over Daphne as the spankee? CSR readers will reach their own conclusions.
