This one is unsigned, but it looks so much like our
previous entry that we conclude it must also be the work
of Doc Icenogle. No ghost on hand, but Velma is lowering (raising?) her skirt
and looks plenty scared. Is that because there's a ghost present or because she knows a spanking is
soon to follow - or both? Doctor Cylon's coloring suggests that Velma is raising her
skirt post-spanking, but perhaps she was spanked recently and our ghostly spanker has decide a
second dose is in order. No wonder she looks scared!
