Pebbles Flintstone, the daughter of Fred and Wilma Flintstone, was an infant in the original series but by The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show she was a teen-ager, and it is an adult Pebbles that Mr. Slate turns over his knee here. Did she at some point take a job as Mr. Slate's secretary? That seems to be the situation suggested by the dialogue in this cartoon by Nik Zula, but it's possible that the original dialogue was rewritten by Doctor Cylon even though it isn't in his usual style. Zula has done a fair number of secretary spankings, thus carrying on the noble tradition of the classic Humorama cartoons.

Zula doesn't generally colorize his own work, so the probability is that the base coloring as well as the red bottom were done by the Good Doctor. Zula is faithful to the original character design and his OTK positioning is good, but Mr. Slate's arm is bent to a crazy degree, perhaps out of humorous exaggeration. This is certainly a superior Stone-Age Spanking, and we'll see more of Zula in the future over in the CSR Humor Gallery.
