The preposterously-large boobs typically drawn by Julius Zimmerman for humorous (we hope) effect are central to the gag here, which involves Jessica Rabbit getting them caught in a hammock (does anyone still hang these things up in their back yards?). It is something of a tribute to Doctor Cylon that while Jessica's bare bottom is plainly visible, it's not exactly well positioned, and yet he manages (in versions 2, 4, and 5) to apply some post-spanking color to it. The other three versions - 1, 3, and 6 - show respectively (1) simple coloring, (3) tan lines, and (6) sunburn (although it still looks like spanking to us).

The first five date from 2009, while the last version was completed in 2010. There is quite a variety in logos, the Good Doctor's signature, and even the writing on the beer can! Someday, somone should write a book analyzing Doc's work, but it would be a daunting task.
