We don't know much about the artist Dahs other than that he has a number of porn pieces out on Hentai Foundry. He provides a sleek, modern, and obviously exhibitionistic Penelope Pitstop, seen here parading around au naturel (but with her usual parasol as an accessory!) for everyone in the grandstand to see. Doctor Cylon also saw - an opportunity, that is - and added some very lovely pink shading where it did Penelope's shapely bottom the most good!
