We've seen Jeff Van Schkijaar in this gallery before, in Doctor Cylon #213 and #239. He has his own unique visual take on established female characters and usually gives them a nice round bottom. That is what we see here with Penelope Pitstop, and that is what Doctor Cylon saw - and when the Good Doctor sees a nice round bottom, the result is a foregone conclusion.

The version at left is not the original, which we have been unable to turn up. Rather, it seems to be a version by an artist named "A reality" in which the original background was swapped out for a sort of Nordic ice mountain scene. We can't be sure but think that Doc's contribution here was limited to his usual red bottom - and a nice job he did, with gentle pink to complement A Reality's pastel hues.

We presume the version on the right is more faithful Van Schkijaar's original, and while Doc might have touched up the overall colors a little we suspect he didn't have to and confined himself to Penelope's posterior. Interestingly, something he did with the coloring had the effect of making Miss Pitstop's buttocks stand out a little more - always a plus!
