Recently in this gallery we had a feature on Penelope Pitstop. For an encore, Doctor Cylon gives us Penelope again, this time animated. Penelope looks pretty good in her skin-tight pants, which wouldn't give her much protection against the ruler. But not being one to leave anything to chance, the good Doctor makes sure those pants come down so the ruler meets nothing but her shapely bare bottom!
