Here we have an example of the Type-1 secretary spanking - spanked for screwing up. The setting is the office of a father-son partnership. The caption is oddly placed and hard to read, but one secretary is telling another the spanking of a third is "nothing" - she should see what Junior does if you mess up dictation. We can only imagine what this means - perhaps "Junior" bends her over the desk and applies a wooden paddle to her bare bottom! Yeah, we know - change the record already - but that's how our mind works. The spankee's expression indicates that while she's not overjoyed, she accepts getting spanked as an occasional part of the job.

We originally thought this was the work of a "W Engel", but a guest user on the Forum pointed out that it appeared to have been drawn by Bill Wenzel. After careful comparison, we decided our anonymous friend was right - it is Wenzel. We had already posted one of his cartoons here, and there are two other "spankers" of his that we will be posting in the future.
