Long-time contributor JS666 sent us this item, evidently a regular newspaper feature called "Teen-Age Tempest" that on this occasion took up the pressing question, "Do teen-age girls get spanked more often than boys?" The consensus seems to have been "Yes".
We don't have the name or date of this newspaper, but if the ad for the Esther Williams movie Neptune's Daughter means the film was contemporary, that would place the year as 1949.
