Hi Boom,

This was a nice surprise . In panel one, Katie looks suspicious of the whole idea and she certainly has reason to be. First off, it just has to be a bad idea and secondly, look at the source of the idea . I love it that Katie's already rubbing her bottom in panel 2 . She may have do idea why she's going to get a spanking but she already suspects she is going to get one . Somehow Katie looks even more shapely and appealing than she normally does . Perhaps it's the high heels she's wearing with her bikini . I like Katie's demure blush as her top comes off in panel 3 . Also, since Clorene is also wearing heels, I assume that heels with a bikini is the fashion for swimwear this year . Perhaps the heels aid in swimming . As always, I love the bouncing bottoms as our naughty girls are running in panel 4 . Of course, this time we have their titties bouncing too.....oops, I meant boobs. No one says titties these days At the risk of repeating myself, Katie just looks even more appealing in panel 5 than she normally does. I'm not sure how you accomplished this but you've outdone yourself . I love the expression on Katie's face in panel 6 as she skids to a stop ......not to mention all the added bouncing that skid has caused . Perhaps you should have given the officer a paddle for his holster . Considering the circumstances, I'm guessing that officer Yank is going to be really upset that he decided to take his vacation at this time . I kind of wish you had backed the camera up just a bit in panel 8. Not only do we get another fantastic view of Katie in panel 9 but I would also consider this to be further evidence that people have no conscious control over what things turn them on . Judging from the grin on his face and the placement of his hand, I'm guessing that Officer Rodriguez is going to be an enthusiastic spanker . Once again, Katie just even hotter than she usually does as she gets turned over . The blush on her face, perhaps from his hand placement, just serves to intensify this effect . Even though there's no mention of it, I can tell from Katie's expression that the butterflies have returned.......probably part of those mixed emotions a spankee gets during a spanking . Katie looks so cute in panel 11, blushing even harder as he pats her bottom, kicking her legs, with that apprehensive expression . I like the fact that you have her thoughts over what he is saying. That seems so realistic . In the last panel, we see Clorene giggling at Katie's predicament. Apparently girls just like to see other girls getting spanked..........I wonder if Clorene went to Overbarrel U . I really like the view of Katie's legs kicking as we peek around the tree for a better look. I'll be anxiously awaiting the next episode . Thanks, Phil

Excellent! Officer JRod shows Katie that crime doesn't pay and joins the ranks of those who are eligible to spank Katie on the next International Left-Hander's Day. So Clorene becomes the second young lady currently lurking about the CSR Forum and witnessing her "friend" getting a spanking when she would be better self-served by beating a hasty retreat to the rear...having failed to do so it may soon be her rear getting a hasty beating .

Since Officer Yank's replacement is named Johnny Rodriguez, I'll assume he is descended from Hispanics. And if so, he may want to hear some words of encouragement in Spanish.

Your first spanking panel, fetching though it is, shows Johnny giving Katie a gentle patty-cake treatment. But he must have turned on the afterburners later, because your second spank panel shows us the safely-hidden observer Clorene exclaiming, "Ooh! Katie's getting spanked REALLY HARD! And it's my fault! GIGGLE!"

Since justice is always done in b00m's toons, I strongly suspect that soon, mischief maker Clorene will follow Katie over Johnny's lap, and we can expect some real fireworks!
