Actually, in the altered timeline, Katie's pregnancy took place in late 2000 and early 2001. Kaylyn was born on the 25th of March, 2001, making her 18 in 2019. I haven't figured out yet When she and Bullmoose got married, but it was sometime between 1997 and 2000.

I also haven't figured out what events in the original timeline no longer happened, but one thing that did happen was her part as a stuntwoman in the Scottie MacHottie film.

It is a bit hard to keep up with the altered timeline. A bit like James Bond who in the Ian Fleming Books served in World War II which would make him about 100.

It is a bit hard to keep up with the altered timeline. A bit like James Bond who in the Ian Fleming Books served in World War II which would make him about 100.

James Bond made a lot more sense to me after I watched a couple of seasons of Doctor Who. Regeneration! How else could a WWII naval officer be still young and active in the Twenty-first Century?

I decided to do my altered timeline because of a bad continuity flaw I had built into my stories: Elaine was supposed to be Katie's distant descendant, but Katie hadn't had any children. I didn't want to do any stories in the present dealing with Katie being pregnant, giving birth, and then raising a baby... So instead I had Elaine tamper with the timeline so that Katie married Bullmoose sometime in the late '90s and had a girl in 2001, so that the girl is eighteen now.

I still haven't figured out what else might've changed. Maybe some of my stories no longer "happened" in Katie's universe. Although I think she still got a job working for Mr. Argyle.

Whatever I decide to do about her past, she is still spankable in 2019!

Well, maybe... but Agent 007 keeps turning up in another decade with a different face! (Another explanation I've heard is that "James Bond" isn't the agent's original name, but rather a designation that goes with the job.)

Believe it or nor Ian Fleming got the name " James Bond" from an ornithologist active in the Caribbean at that time.

Bond was a composite of men Fleming worked with in British Naval Intelligence during World War II.
