This was the second spanking from Invisible Scarlet 0’Neil making me wonder about this strip. Scarlet came out long before Sue Storm was the Invisible Girl over at Marvel (of course they both owe their existence to H.G Wells' The Invisible Man), and was drawn fairly sexily for the day. Were there any M/F spankings in the strip? I'm really beginning to wonder, but don't know if all of them will become available for me to search through - I hope so!

Super-Spanking Summer III returns with the conclusions of three ongoing series!

• Batman Family Series: Last time Batgirl got a hand spanking from the Joker; this time he takes out the paddle! When will poor Batgirl sit again?
• Supergirl Series: If Batgirl hadn't been spanked enough already, she manages along with Supergirl to run afoul of Captain Zani, who turns both girls across her knee.
• Wonder Girl Series: Looks like Wonder Girl has been acting up again, and that can mean only one thing: a good hard spanking from Wonder Woman! This is the last of our three Diana/Donna spankings.

Next Week: we turn our attention to She-Ra, Princess of Power! We'll see her spanking and being spanked, and view a spanking reference from her cartoon series that unfortunately didn't accompany an actual spanking. If you don't know who She-Ra is, don't worry: I'll clue you in as we go along (don't I always?). See you then!

you mentioned that the August search report was fairly pathetic and i have to say that it has to be disappointing to go through that much material for such results. i would think it would be hard on your teeth or at least it would in my case because i'd probably be gritting my teeth in disgust . anyway, i certainly appreciate the effort on your part to wade through this stuff. i liked this week's update by Mr. Jer . nicely drawn spankee.........especially her bottom ............and i agree with you that her expression seems pretty submissive. i didn't think much of the paddle though. in addition to your comments about it's size, it also seemed a bit crude in comparison to the rest of this nicely done drawing. it kind of reminded me of an over sized ice cream bar. anyway, i'm not gonna let that minor detail ruin my appreciation for the rest of the drawing . i would agree with you 100% that the emphasis is on the expressions in the work by Zani-alone. Captain Zani looks not only very determined to blister some female super heroine bottom here but also i believe i detect a hint of satisfaction and evil enjoyment too...........as if she KNOWS these girls need a good spanking . judging from her teeth gritting expression, Supergirl's bottom must really be smarting Batgirl seems to be on the point of tears just from the apprehension as she submissively waits her turn . i'd say it won't take much spanking to get her the rest of the way . i wonder if Captain Zani will make her take her costume completely off before starting . you mentioned that Gravel is gravitating toward big-bosom humor and looking at Wonder Girl's boobs, i'm assuming that gravity operates differently in her universe..........or perhaps she's just trying to point to something since her hands are tied behind her back . WG looks a bit irritated as she is bound, bent over and WW holds her hair to keep control. i have to figure that will change to a more contrite expression as the spanking progresses . good updates again. keep up the good work and thanks . phil

Still hoping to see that Wonder Woman spanking from any of the Wondergirls she spanked got to happen any way glad to see Donna Troy get it again only wish it was otk The artist Joe Gravel did a good job on giving both women large Ward like breasts and Wonder woman outfit looks SUPER! can`t say the same of Wondergirl`s being the only thing we see is her pants and they are pulled down The spanking itself is good and she do have a nice plump bottom Wonder Woman is a great spanker and love pulling hair while she spank!Good drawing! This week the focus is on She-Ra, Princess of Power! Now technically, She-Ra was not a comic-book superheroine, but she sure seemed like one (in today's "She-Ra spanks Scorpia" I mention her similarity in some ways to DC's Isis), and several spanking artists have treated her like one as we'll see. I think I've assembled some pretty good material here, including a spanking threat from the animated series, but there is one drawback: it's all F/F. Mindful of that, and as I mentioned before, next week we'll have the reverse with all M/F! Wonder Woman gets spanked by Superman four times (and for Dan, there's only one case of "exposure" among the four), plus Tim chimes in with a Superman/Lois piece inspired by what is probably the most famous Superman parody of all time. Please be here for the senses-stunning conclusion of Super-Spanking Summer III, but leave your crying towel at home because there will in fact be more super-spanking to follow! Details next time.

Now on to the updates:

• First, we see She-Ra on the receiving end as the villainess Octavia spanks She-Ra.
• Next, She-Ra's mother Queen Marlena decides it's better to spank late than never.
• Eventually, the good guys (or girls) win, as we see here when She-Ra Spanks Scorpia. That's what Scorpia gets for being a bad girl and joining the Evil Horde!
• Finally, we have an interesting crossover in which She-Ra Paddles Wonder Woman with the flat of her sword - star-spangled panties down!
• Video Extra: a spanking threat given by a nice dragon to the villainess Catra, taken from the original She-Ra animated series!

first off, thanks for all the interesting info about She-Ra, without which i would have had no idea what was going on as usual . i would never have thought about the cartoons being an after thought just to sell the toys but it does seem reasonable after reading your narrative about all this. nice drawing by El Manto Negro . i especially like the expression on She_Ra's face. she is obviously pissed at this turn of events but as you pointed out, there's little she can do but take it . Octavia has given She-Ra a nice, shiny hiney although the spanking seems a bit too high to suit me. down on her sit spots would have been better. still, i'm not complaining. more interesting information with the drawing of Adora getting spanked by Queen Marlena..........including the model sheet you posted along with it . i like this drawing too. Adora's expression backs up her statement that she isn't exactly enjoying the spanking and it appears to me that she is very sorry that she's getting this spanking . it seems that both ladies understand that a girl is never too old for a spanking which seems just right to me . it kind of makes me wonder if the Queen has a man because if so, she might also not be to old for a spanking . i particularly like the coloring on Adora's bottom. it seems quite realistic to me and looks as if the spanking is quite painful. good depiction by El Manto Negro. i notice that She-Ra is careful to restrain Scorpia's stinging tail...............while applying the same principle to her other tail . looks like Scorpia's bottom is well blistered this time which makes the dialog more funny . again, i never heard of Scorpia before so thanks for all the information. while the gritting teeth of Scorpia goes well with her stinging bottom, i really like the somewhat evil look of satisfaction on She-Ra's face best . the first thing that struck me about the drawing of She-Ra spanking WW was that it looked as if it could have been taken from "Little Annie Fannie" or "Oh Wicked Wanda"................both the way WW's breasts are popping out of her outfit and the expression on her face. WW might be restrained by her lasso but nothing is restraining her breasts in this one . while WW is obviously humiliated by having been spanked to submission, She-Ra is just as obviously having a ball with this spanking . i liked WW getting spanked with her panties down too . both girls are nicely drawn here. interesting video clip. as you noted, too bad the spanking didn't actually take place. while i was watching it i did remember just why i never watched shows like this though . great super spanking summer updates . thanks, phil

Can hardly wait, for that "senses-stunning conclusion" of Super-Spanking Summer III. You always manage to bring us the best spanking action that the comics had to offer, so I "sense" that your planned conclusion will be something really special.

In this week's updates, you are of course quite right when you suggest that I would not be much attracted to F/F drawings. I'm like you and many of your subscribers, prefering to see males spanking females, as that is the more traditional configuration. M/F is, to me, the loveliest position in all of artistic expression.

But lo and behold! Your new update of She-Ra spanking Wonder Woman is so classy, I just have to download it. I've told you that I never download F/F pics, but there are a few exceptions... and this She-Ra/WW artwork is one of them. This cartoon is a thorough joy, not only because we are seeing a beautiful woman being spanked and humiliated, but also because the artist (Nebaroth?) puts a lot of humor into it, to go with the sound smacks!

Here, we are given a Wonder Woman that is clearly a caricature of her "real" self. The artist doesn't make WW look homely, but he has stretched her usually lovely features into a clownish mask of cartoon pain. Her tormenter has trussed up Wonder Woman with her own golden lasso and lowered her star-spangled shorts, revealing a very spankable pair of buttcheeks that are in the process of turning crimson. Also, as WW squirms about, she perforce pops her boobs out of her red and gold bustier. The artist further shows us his sense of humor by positioning Wonder Woman's breasts just behind his own signature at the bottom of the page, making them almost -- but not quite -- covered up. This is not objectionable to purists, at least not to this purist. It's impossible to look at this picture and not see the humor in it.

And of course you are right when you say this is a superior bit of work all the way around. The "fine rendering" you describe is just that -- fine and dandy -- and it makes me wish that all of your artists had such a fine way with pen and brush.

The only other F/F picture I have downloaded is the immortal rendering by Andy Price that shows Wonder Woman getting spanked by her mother, Queen Hyppolita. A number of artists have attempted to draw Diana getting spanked, but so far only these two -- by Nebaroth and by Andy Price -- have floated my boat.

By the way, in your introduction to this picture, you say that Wonder Woman is here caught "with her famous star-spangled panties taken down for the occasion...." That's funny, I always thought they were shorts, not panties. So then... does this mean that Wonder Woman doesn't wear panties under her costume....?

You're very welcome, Dan ! Now as to your question about Wonder Woman's costume: yes, they were shorts, a while back - in fact, they started out as a skirt! Let's take a look at WW's first appearance in her costume, from All-Star Comics #8 (December 1941):


It was probably considered natural that superheroines would wear skirts and not boxer shorts as their male colleagues generally did at that time (over their pants yet!). But in fact, a skirt isn't all that practical for superheroing, especially if you want to avoid action shots that reveal the heroine's panties underneath. It was necessary to defy the laws of physics to avoid revealing panties, as Supergirl and then the girls of the Legion of Super-Heroes did all through the 60's - no matter how many times they were shown flying down to earth feet-first, their skirt hems stayed miraculously right where a good girl's should be. Eventually, they got more modern costumes and dispensed with the skirts (except much later in the 80's when they put Supergirl's back on, but this time it was always flying up and revealing her panties). As for Wonder Woman, artist Harry Peter drew her skirt in such a way that it just gradually evolved into the shorts that you remember (he sort of did the same thing with the Holliday College girls). Here we see the shorts (and by sheer coincidence, I chose a panel in which WW is "spanked" by a door ):



But by the time I was introduced to Wonder Woman in the late 60's, her shorts had evolved once again into what I lovingly refer to as her "star-spangled panties":

The outfit may have changed, but WW was obviously still into bondage. And that rocket looks a mite phallic... Anyway, it's clear that these are panties (although worn as outerwear, much like a swimsuit) and so the answer to your question is no - she doesn't wear panties underneath. In fact, I have a lovely drawing of WW taking her panties down and revealing her bare bottom which I'm going to work into a page featuring a nice after-spanking shot.

So there you have the "long and the short" of Wonder Woman's costume !

One of the goals of SSS III was to get through my collection of independent art featuring superheroes. We've seen some things this summer that have languished in my files for two years because I just couldn't get to them. Alas, this goal could not be met, primarily because I couldn't do 15 weeks of 4 updates per week as I had originally planned once I was forced to extend The Humorama Series to the end of August. Rather than wait nine months to begin Super-Spanking Summer IV, or continue the series under a new name like Fanny-Flaming Fall, I've decided to do one Super-Spanking per week for a while until I finally run through most if not all of my remaining stock.

With one super-spanking per week, I'll still have time to feature some new material in the Picture Gallery, and I also have a lot of actual comics stuff (not the independent art we've been seeing all summer) I'd like to present. On top of that, I have found and edited some more video material, so perhaps we'll rotate these with the comics and the Picture Gallery, giving us two to three weekly updates - a far more sane pace than I've been keeping this summer.

This has been a taxing summer, with two major series proceeding simultaneously and concluding within a month of one another. I certainly couldn't have kept up the pace much longer, and I think we all need a brief pause to catch our breaths, but rather than a total cessation of activity here on CSR for one week, which would be regarded as a near-tragedy by all, what I have in mind for next time is a week of nothing but updates to existing pages, plus a special here on the CSR Forum where Bulletgirl gets her seat sizzled even though she isn't actually spanked.

i got a kick out of the Superman spanking that Tim did . it obvious that our super spanker is really enjoying giving this spanking and from her thoughts, Lois is enjoying it too............pained expression notwithstanding . i like the OTK position and the fact that she is kicking off one of her shoes . nice poetry and spanking sound effects...............it's super slipper . i really like the drawing by El Manto Negro.........very creative! i would say that this is a "romantic" drawing with spanking included. it looks to me like Superman is actively seducing WW and using spanking her bare bottom toward that end. i mean, what could be more romantic than flying her around...........unless it's flying her around while spanking her.............and the fact that she's taken her own panties off is proof that it's working . i have a hunch that having her panties off is enhancing not only the sting but also some "other" physical sensations she's having . nicely shaped, well spanked bottom too . the Nik Zula drawing is pretty funny. i love her expression............and the placement of Superman's right hand . i think this one would have been better if she was OTK but this will do . again, nice bottom. i thought the drawing by Robb Phipps is very well done. good OTK position and generally well drawn with both characters looking really good. i also think he's captured the action of this spanking well with her arms waving and her legs kicking . her expression is great and clearly depicts her surprise and dismay at getting a spanking . i already have the spanking by Endart in my collection.it has a number of humorous elements to it. WW looks irritated at getting a spanking but resigned to it as you mention. Superman just looks pissed and looking at that paddle, i'm figuring her expression is gonna be changing pretty quickly if i was Robin, i'd be biting Batman's hand or something so i wouldn't miss WW's panties coming down . thanks for the run down on the Justice League. it's little touches like this that really enhance my enjoyment of the drawings . it's interesting that the drawing by Mr. Jer is so much different than the others we have seen. i have to wonder if this was this one of his earlier attempts? other than that, i like the pic and pretty much agree with what you had to say. BIG updates this week. after all the updates you've done this summer,i have to believe you are totally entitled to back down to a more "sane" level as you put it. i greatly appreciate Super Spanking Summer and all the extra work you did with Humorama and i don't think anyone will mind if you string a few more "super" out as we go along. thanks. phil

Many thanks, Web-ed, for bringing us a cornucopia of Superman spanking scenes. I'm stoked that, although the Siegel/Schuster Superman did not really spank that many heinies on the pages of the comic strips, nevertheless the character has inspired our house artists to create numerous "tribute" toons that show the Man of Steel paddling many deserving bottoms.

Ironically, the BEST Superman art you have given us this week is not about spanking at all. It is a copy of Wally Wood's iconic MAD magazine cover, showing us his version of "SuperduperMan" flying through the air, punching a crippled senior citizen in the gut. The lines used here are very clean, and the humor behind the picture is first-rate. No, of course our hero does not really believe in punching old people, it's a joke. And in RL, the audience would not be cheering this bully on... but everything else about this picture is cool.

Thanks for resurrecting that drawing from 1960 showing the Superman robot spanking Lois Lane. I had always wanted to see that pairing, and in 1960 we finally got it... although according to the story, it was not Superman at all, but a robot with an uncanny resemblance to Supe.

The "El Manto Negro" toon is good also, although it sacrifices the Prince of Positions -- OTK -- to achieve a romantic clinch in midair while Supe somewhat awkwardly spanks Wonder Woman.

Your scan of Robb Phipps' excellent Superman/Wonder Woman spanking is welcome here. The artist's penwork is very effective, and the two characters look very life-like. As a sometime artist myself, I think Phipps could have used better perspective in this toon. In my humble opinion, WW's legs are too short and her head is a little too big. A great pic, nevertheless.

But the BEST Superman spanking toon this week is, ironically, one that all of us have seen... yet it is welcome here, as it is a classic. This would be the pic by Endart, showing Superman holding Wonder Woman over his knee and lowering her star-spangled panties in preparation for what we know will be a Super spanking! Endart's artistry does not fail us, and his perspective work is perfect. It's a funny picture because, in addition to the Supe-WW activity, we see Batman covering the eyes of his ward Dick Grayson (Robin), to save the youngster from viewing a very bare womanly bottom. Hey, WHY is Robin so tiny in this picture? In the original Batman stories, Dick Grayson was a fully-grown 19-year-old and very mature. But Endart takes that dynamic and stands it on its head, to bring us this humorous and delightful picture.

By the way... I'm sure you get this question all the time, but I don't know the answer. Does Endart still draw spanking pics? His toons were classic, and for a while he hosted his own pay website where subscribers could savor his artwork forever. But I heard that he closed shop a couple of years ago, and I don't know if he died, or he just got tired of turning out his wonderful pictures. What happened?

It's a funny picture because, in addition to the Supe-WW activity, we see Batman covering the eyes of his ward Dick Grayson (Robin), to save the youngster from viewing a very bare womanly bottom. Hey, WHY is Robin so tiny in this picture? In the original Batman stories, Dick Grayson was a fully-grown 19-year-old and very mature. But Endart takes that dynamic and stands it on its head, to bring us this humorous and delightful picture.

By the way... I'm sure you get this question all the time, but I don't know the answer. Does Endart still draw spanking pics? His toons were classic, and for a while he hosted his own pay website where subscribers could savor his artwork forever. But I heard that he closed shop a couple of years ago, and I don't know if he died, or he just got tired of turning out his wonderful pictures. What happened?

Dan - as always, you and Phil and Butch and b00m and the rest of CSR's readers are most welcome - I just hope I'll be able to continue finding new spanking material. For now, at least, that's not a problem.

Now as to your question about Robin: yes indeed, Dick Grayson started being called "The Teen Wonder" instead of "The Boy Wonder" back in the late 60's, and he even attended Hudson University (I have the relevant issues of Batman and Detective Comics, but I'm not at home and can't hunt them up at the moment), so presumably by that time seeing a grown woman getting her bare bottom spanked was nothing new to him . He eventually abandoned the identity of Robin and became Nightwing. Although Endart did his Justice League drawing perhaps ten years ago, by that time I think Tim Drake had assumed the mantle of Robin, and he was much younger than Dick Grayson. So Endart apparently decided to depict the young Tim Drake Robin.

As to what happened to Endart, even I don't have the full story. I can state, however, that fortunately Endart did not pass away - he merely decided to retire for reasons that he did not make public. Perhaps he found that running a pay site was simply too much work for too little money - certainly that was my experience with Central Spanking Warehouse, and I didn't even draw anything for it! As far as I know he's still alive, but if he's still doing spanking art it isn't appearing on the 'net.

• Wonder Woman Paddled by The Cheetah - new scan of this Adam Walters drawing replaces the old.
• More with Wonder Woman, or at least her Holliday College gal pals as we have another Beeta Lambda Sorority Paddling to add to our collection.
• One of the more "exciting" discoveries we've made over the past several years came from Exciting Comics #64, where we found a spanking panel in Judy of the Jungle. It wasn't Judy herself - that would be too much to hope for - but a spoiled socialite. The only problem was that we had only a microfiche version of the book. Recently, a new digital scan became available, and so we have a new and much better version of the page containing the spanking panel.

Also, I posted a couple of comics scenes featuring Bulletgirl as More Fun With Bulletgirl over on the Comic-Book and Superhero Spanking forum. Bulletgirl doesn't actually get spanked, yet she is left with her seat warmed by a criminal called the Gag Man - I think you'll find it's worth checking out.

• For no particular reason, I decided to add a company motto to the Home Page. If you missed it, it's just above "This Week's Sneak Peek".
• I recently discovered that CSR is larger than I had thought due to Windows Explorer not giving me a correct tally on how many files I had. We must have passed 1000 pages some time ago and now stand at 1155. I'm not going to claim to be the biggest spanking site around - Veralsi, at 90,000 images, has a lot more than we do (including our stuff, most of which we don't hold a copyright on), and there may well be others - but we're big (as well as unique). If you're having trouble finding your way around, try the Navigation Page. It explains how the site is organized, and there I do believe we're No. 1, even though I have had some complaints from time to time. I really don't think having more than 1100 links from this page would be very practical, and the division of CSR into separate departments should help newcomers find what they're looking for. The Google Search function is also a big help, not to mention our two home-grown data bases, one for spankings from comic books and strips and the other a repository of information on the Humorama spanking cartoons.

For those of you with the Windows OS, if you've been getting questionable search results as I was, you should rebuild the search index, preferably at a time when you're not doing anything else on your computer.

interesting pic of Cheetah paddling WW. looks like WW is finding that big paddle to be a pain . i'm not really a fan of great big, thudding paddles so i'm no expert but it appears to me that the Cheetah isn't really operating this one properly. this looks more like a baseball swing which would probably land improperly and risk injuring WW. of course. it could be that Adam Walters is just trying to show that she isn't "sparing the rod". toward the end of your commentary about the Holiday Girls you say, " it occurs to us the more we see of it the less we like it." i have to agree with you. thanks for the information on Hawkman and The Absorbascon. i had no clue . the most recent scan of the Judy of the Jungle comic book is much much better i must say that our spankee certainly deserved her spanking. it's a shame that the folks who write these don't understand that the spanking is the most important part and give us several panel showing the spanking . good job finding an improved scan of this CSR first . i got a kick out of your motto . it didn't work out as i was thinking when i read the first line but it DOES have a ring of truth to it . i didn't know how big CSR was really but i do know that it just continues to grow and improve. thanks for all the hard work and long hours it's taken to get here and to get it to continue to grow. thanks, phil

Hi WEB-ED CSR!!!!!!!!!! Great finds for this week cartoons !!!!! As much as I love to see Wonder Woman getting a very hard long Over the knees spanking from either Superman or a Super Villian this drawing of her being soundly Paddle by Cheetah is outstanding The artist really did a great job of putting WW in a humiliating position with round bottom up high over a Spanking horse He also did a fantastic job of restraining her arms with chains on the floor she not goning to escape this bottom paddling The paddle Cheetah is using is large and thick but Hey this is Wonder Woman Like how she is not taking this spanking well and Cheetah is letting her have it hard! I think it would have been good if Cheetah have restrained WW legs on the Spanking Horse Legs bars Great drawing from Adam Walters!! October is here already, and that means it's time for the September search report:

The low number of pages searched indicates that I've fallen a little behind (sorry!) in my comics searching, which is true, but I haven't missed anything - I've just got a lot of pages piled up ready for examination. This week's updates, which demanded over 20 hours of search/edit time (all 52 episodes of Zenderman had to be partly screened), is partly to blame. But another factor is that the Humorama search continues, and I am happy to report I have already found two new spanking cartoons, one by the same unidentified artist who also did the Triple-Value Birthday Spanking I posted earlier this year, and the other by George Morrice. I've also found the first printings of some known "spankers", and they'll be posted eventually, but for now their primary interest is that they are likely going to force me to move back the year at which I believe Humorama started going reprint from 1963 to 1961 - I may post a brief note over in the Humorama sub-forum going into a little more detail. So the Humorama Series will return some time next year as expected !

Actually, there is only one update, but it's a big one: Zenderman! This was a rather strange (to the Westerner) Japanese cartoon in which a pretty blonde villainess was subjected to repeated humiliations, including losing her clothes and various forms of corporal punishment! This last of course is what got my attention: recognizing the spanking machine punishment when it became available recently on YouTube, I went ahead and explored the entire series. The stylistic formality of the show made it possible for me to check the official punishments in all 52 episodes without having to screen them in their entirety. It is possible, however, that I missed some "good stuff" that occurred outside the part of the show where one of the three villains is subjected to an official punishment; indeed, Muujo's paddling with a giant stopper was not an official punishment, nor was her groping by one of the other villains, nor getting her clothes burned off in the first episode. Luckily, I found these extra added attractions and of course added clips of them to the page.

Another word about videos: for the reasons explained in the past, I'm still going to embed the WMV player into the page, which will only work with the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser (If you have any problems, try exiting and restarting your browser, and make sure you allow CSR to use ActiveX controls on the page). However, I'm also going to make available for download an MPEG-2 version (extension ".mpg"), which is the format used for DVD's. Thus, you can collect these spanking videos and burn them to DVD when you have enough of them to justify the effort, assuming you have the necessary DVD burning software on your computer.

Next week: we start our new "normal" of one super-spanking plus one or two other items per week. I plan to follow this pattern throughout the remainder of 2013. Next time we'll see Wonder Woman getting spanked by her mother as the Wonder Woman Series picks up right where it left off at the end of Super-Spanking Summer III, and begin a new series of humorous Czech cartoons sent to me by TipTopper.
