The strangely-named Brazilian artist Edi The Mad provided the raw material for this week's Doc Cylon spanking for Helen Parr, and what a drawing it is! The Good Doctor really went to town and matched Mad Edi hue for hue as I'm sure everyone will agree.

I couldn't determine the source for this week's Comic Spanking, but it's certainly the hottest we've seen for some time if judged by the temperature of the spankee's bared behind! As such I saved it for the last of my Mexican comics, but the Comics Spanking Series will continue next week with a European entry.

And of course HugoB00m continues to labor long to bring CSR readers the best in Strip Spanking with the conclusion of his April Fool's story in O. T. Katie. If you ever thought to yourself, "No way anyone could work bagpipes into a spanking story" B00m is going to prove you wrong here!

I decided that, instead of complaining, I should do something about it. So then, here's my version of Helen turned over the knee of her husband, Bob. The style I chose was sort of a compromise. Enough of the original Disney/Pixar characters to be recognizable, mixed with a little O.T. Katie

At last - Mr. Incredible spanks Helen! Love it, B00m! Like you, I'm generally cool toward F/F spankings although Wolfie and Rebecca certainly know how to pack an erotic punch into them, and I wonder why so many male artists seem to prefer them. But now we have a truly "Incredible" spanking!

Too tired to get the updates done last night and too busy to write a lot of verbiage now, but I think the updates can mostly speak for themselves. Tram Pararam's rendition of Helen Parr bending over in a blue dress must really have tickled Doctor Cylon's fancy because he had initially sent me two versions (which I had mistakenly posted separately years ago as #56 and #83) and then sent ten more versions a couple of years ago! All the new versions and old #56 have been combined with the existing Doc Cylon #83. The old #56 will be replaced by a new #56 (not with Helen Parr) next week.

Pinocchia is pretty strange but certainly worth seeing. From our point of view it would have been more interesting had Pinocchia told more lies and thus needed more spankings to correct the oversized boobs that resulted each time, but we'll take what we can get here.

Cute drawing. And rather tame for Tram Pararam. Even though the dress is blue instead of white, it makes me think of Marilyn Monroe in Seven Year Itch. I like a blowing dress, even if it doesn't lead to a spanking. But then Helen probably got spanked for not wearing any underwear on such windy day!

We lead off as always with Doctor Cylon: this is the new DC #253 for anyone who's interested in the count, which means that after we see the new #56 next week I'll have corrected all the errors due to previous accidental double-postings. That new #56 will feature Amy Wong from Futurama since I didn't want to put one isolated Helen Parr drawing there. However, that doesn't mean we're done with Helen - we'll wind up her current series in two weeks with another work by Audie Azorador as of course embellished by the Good Doctor.

It was long-time contributor Alan who first alerted me to the Adam Warren superheroine Empowered by sending me some scans of her getting tied up and spanked by a female adversary (cf. Wonder Woman). I found some very funny additional scenes of Emp getting her bottom whacked by her teammate Phallick and they are included in today's update as well. More may be out there; at the moment I'm simply unable to put forth any more search efforts than I'm already expending.

We're going to see more from Alan in the future. I have around eight or nine items he's sent me, some of which need classifying as they range from Italian magazines(?) to a South American record cover. I haven't made a decision about what to do after Super-Spanking Summer, but if we don't go immediately back to the current Comics Spankings Series perhaps we can get to Alan's stuff then.

Finally, B00m provides us with a very satisfying conclusion to O. T. Katie's latest adventure with Graffiti Part III. Let's just say here that justice is done in the case of Dupli-Kate - and we all know what that means !

We're at the end of April and I haven't said anything about CSR's 18th Anniversary. That in itself reveals the problem: its absolutely all I can do to keep the lights on around here plus do two updates per week (which makes B00m's continuing episodes of O. T. Katie all the more vital to the site). I'm about two weeks ahead on the updates right now, which means I can get to the mailbox and maybe finally clear it out. After that, there are a lot of topics on this board I simply haven't seen, and I'd like that to change. If all that gets done, I'd really like to start putting out some of my Humorama non-spanking material, perhaps "Humorama Models to See More of" - that would be a nice addition this summer. We'll have to see.

Meanwhile, a quick check shows that CSR's domain is renewed through April 23 of 2023 (I forgot about it until today but have it on automatic renewal) so it looks like the whole gang of us is set for another year .

Yep, we're 18 years old this month . No time for any lengthy celebrations, but I did a quick size calculation and the main site now has 1747 pages That's a whole lot of spanking going on, and that doesn't include this board which has a lot of its own pages plus over 5000 attached images!

I suppose that with two updates per week, we're adding approximately 100 pages per year. I'd like to do more - maybe we can get some extra in during Super-Spanking Summer.

Actually, you've managed to locate some of the very few panels that feature any bottom smacking... which is a shame, because she has such a lovely tempting target! I've read through a bunch of Empowered stories. and most of them center around the main character's angst-y self-doubts. and the clique-ish nature of the superhero club she desperately wants to be accepted by. Another recurring theme is her negative body-image. (She thinks her butt is too fat!) I wish that one of the male characters would have warned her that he'd spank her for such talk... and then follow through on his threat!

• Last and certainly least, Alan (who provided us with last week's Empowered) found another spanking in The Spirit comic strip. Unfortunately, it's M/M junk with Commissioner Dolan indulging in that weird Golden Age of Comics habit of spanking midget criminals. No link here or on the home page, but you can hunt it up near the bottom of Comics Gallery 2 if you wish.

I've inserted an Amy Wong piece into Doctor Cylon's Gallery this week as the new #56, the old #56 having been subsumed into another entry, but with the mess now straightened out (at least for now) we'll return to Helen Parr next week for one final outing before going on to Princess Peach until Super-Spanking Summer begins in June.

Over in Comics Gallery 2 we have The Alive Doll, a fairly nice scene that I have no details on nor context for. The couple seem modeled on Dagwood and Blondie as I remark on the page. Next week we'll see another of Alan's contributions, an Italian comic that seems to be named Spinto. After that, a couple of more scenes from modern comics should take us up to Super-Spanking Summer.

D. M. Sherwood and I are working on bringing some more of his fiction to CSR. No scheduled date yet, mainly because I haven't started coding the pages .

• The Comics Spankings Series continues with Spinto Spanking.
• Resident Artist Hugob00m takes a break from his ongoing O. T. Katie "Graffiti" story because he noticed that May 13 falls on a Friday this year. Trust us, you won't want to miss Friday the 13th, an exploration of things both lucky and unlucky (No link here, but you can find one on the Home Page).

Next Week: Doctor Cylon begins a short two-week series on Princess Peach, and we continue our Comics Spankings Series with a strange paddling we think is called Cinderella's Revenge .
