Our second Scooby-spanking once again features the ever-popular (with spanking artists) Velma. As we mentioned, rulers have a tendency to break. Doctor Cylon, who broke one on Velma's backside last time, decided that a sturdy paddle was needed (and who are we to disagree?). He added one to this drawing by M. J. Bivouac, and voila!
11/01/2024 Update: The Good Doctor turned up two more versions years later although we can't know in what order the three versions were completed. We don't even remember what year we posted the first but it must have been before we created the Doctor Cylon Gallery in 2009. If we like, we can imagine that these two show the results of an earlier paddling.
