Let's begin a series of Scooby-spankings with a couple featuring Velma. Spending as much time in the classroom as she does, it's inevitable that she would become "acquainted", shall we say, with the ruler.

Of course, the ruler needs to be applied repeatedly in stubborn cases, which describes Velma pretty well. Doctor Cylon added one to this Julius Zimmerman drawing, only to see it break from the repeated use. He should have used a wooden paddle ... come to think of it, he did use a wooden paddle, as we'll see in our next entry, "Velma gets the paddle".
