In a hazing scene bearing no resemblance to reality, five sorority sisters parade around in their underwear while preparing to paddle two pledges who have their arms tied over their heads for some reason.
We haven't been able to find out much about this low-budget sexploitation flick, which came to us with the title "Love Girls" and dated 1966, which looks about right. The problem with these sorority hazing scenes is that they're written and directed by people who weren't there and don't care, producing a combination of their own weird fantasies and whatever they imagine those of the intended audience to be.
The chief paddler looks forward to her task. The lettering on the paddle appears to be Omega Delta Omega which is not an actual sorority, although there is such a chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority.
As the scene begins, the pledges have their bosoms bared for no particularly good reason, but we've left that part in the
video for the sake of completeness 
. We've left out some other silly stuff that was
intended to frighten the pledges without actually harming them.
The paddle is applied - too bad that it was probably a lightweight prop.
The pledge's panties are pulled down, but only part-way which makes no sense at all. The paddle is applied to her (partly) bared bottom, but we figure it's a hollow prop that didn't pack too much sting.
The regular at left looks like she's well-made for the paddle herself. 
Then there's the seemingly obligatory presence of a male voyeur who sneaks into the house to watch the pledges get paddled. Alert CSR readers (and are there any other kind?) will notice that it resembles a very similar scene in that 1988 cinema classic, Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama which we honestly thought we'd posted years ago, but it seems now that we never did. We'll have to remedy that some day.
