The kids are waiting for something (we think it's pixie dust).
We think we saw the movie Peter Pan (1953) some time in the 60s but we don't really remember it. Luckily, someone else remembered that there was a very interesting scene involving Tinker Bell. We're not that sure of the plot at the point this video begins, but we think Peter is trying to get some of Tinker Bell's pixie dust, and of course the best way to do that is to gently spank her, loosening the dust and allowing it to fall to the ground.
Tinker Bell is bent over for what's to come...
Tinker Bell is given a rather light spanking which nonetheless has the desired effect of loosening her pixie dust. From what we gathered from our research, it didn't seem to have any effect on her naughty behavior, and our obvious conclusion is that not only did she deserve this spanking, further ones should have been administered.
Tinker Bell has certainly been the subject of spanking art over the years, most voluminously by Julius Zimmerman, and the majority of that work will eventuallly end up in the Doctor Cylon Gallery.
