While we've always believed that Superman was the most natural spanker for Wonder Woman, Batman has his advocates as well, among them apparently the artist who drew this scene, Double Red. We don't know anything about his background, but simplicity rather than realism appears to be his watchword as he employs simple drawings with rudimentary figures. Correct anatomy is nowhere to be seen, but the characters do have nice expressions - WW's is submissive and Batman's is one of satisfaction.
