Harley's wink signifies that all is well when she's over The Joker's knee. Art by Greg Horn. Characters are © DC Comics Inc. Posted by the Web-Ed on 07/19/2019.

It's been four years since we've shown Harley Quinn being spanked by The Joker, so let's see our tenth cartoon featuring this pair. Harley is getting it on the bare behind but her wink suggests she's perfectly o.k. with this, while The Joker is grinning just as any sane man would be in his position. They actually make a sort of cute couple here, nothing at all like what they've been up to in the comics, which are so extreme these days we don't read them any more.

We believe the artist to be Greg Horn - the work is unsigned and has appeared on the internet in several places but one of the filenames suggested it was Horn, who has been an artist for Marvel Comics since 2001. He's also done a lot of magazine covers and some video game work, perhaps most notably on the current Marvel: War of Heroes. Horn works in more than one style, making identification difficult, and honestly nothing we see here suggests Horn's known work to us. It's possible that somewhere along the way this Joker/Harley spanking became wrongly attributed to him, but for now, he gets the credit for a rather sweet domestic scene.
