For the last entry in our mini-series of cartoons by Kevin Karstens and Bawdy Bard based on the Luann comic strip we move up the family tree a bit to Luann's parents Frank and Nancy, seen here in a well-equipped boudoir. They prove that spanking is not just for young people, while Luann and her brother Brad watch. Luann intimates that she wouldn't mind being turned over Brad's knee herself...
