This one was a commission for an unknown party, who apparently wanted to see Robin get spanked for having adopted the identity of Red X. His spanker is his Teen Titans teammate Starfire, who has given a few other spankings in this gallery and received probably even more. The artist is RocketXpert, or Steve Bishop as he signed this work. It's a well-drawn piece and we'd like to see some M/F pieces from him, but the artist's personal taste runs more to cross-dressing than spanking.
