Wonder Woman certainly needs no introduction at this point, and her spankee Starfire
probably wouldn't either if she weren't wearing an unfamiliar costure (she seems to have had a lot
of them). One of the two most popular spankees among the New Teen Titans, Starfire has
appeared in this gallery several times, perhaps most notably in the Karstens and Bard production

. Since the Teen Titans are sort of a Junior Justice
League, it's appropriate that League members should spank the female Titans when necessary.
We believe we recognize the artist Mr. Jer as someone else, but we won't reveal his identity here. We think he took the alias "Mr. Jer" specifically for the purpose of handling bondage and spanking commissions of which this is one, the commissioner being Evillish, whom we don't know. The OTK position is good enough although the oversized boobs on both women are somewhat distracting. Fine expressions - Mr. Jer has a very considerable technique (see e.g. Superman/Supergirl #6) that is perhaps not always well-utilized by the demands of his patrons.
We have a few spanking scenes by Mr. Jer that we've never posted, mostly because they're "borderline" in the pornographic sense and just haven't made up our mind whether to give them the green light or not. It's possible that we'll see one or two of these during a future Super-Spanking Summer.

One of Starfire's more recognizable attributes is her golden skin, but because Mr. Jer chose to color
his drawing with only a red accent tint we are deprived of that clue to her identity. At left,

models a costume similar to the one used by Mr. Jer by painting it on her body(!). We've included
this just to convince CSR readers that we've correctly identified the spankee here - and so
they can get a good look at some modern art at the same time.
