Although we prefer to see her on the receiving end, Storm is often pictured as the dominant one in spanking situations. On the other hand, Shadowcat (Kitty) is invariably seen as submissive by everyone. And that brings us to the next entry in our Congolike X-Men series, where we see more corporal punishment at the School For Gifted Youngsters as Shadowcat frets while Storm prepares to begin the spanking.

Then the panties come down and Storm gets started, while Kitty's expression shows she feels it. She was right to be worried!

Storm continues to lay it on until, with her fanny on fire, Kitty's pained outcries fill the air. (No, we're not just making this up - take a good look and you'll see that Kitty's mouth is opening to say "Oww!")
Once again, Congolike gives us a well-chosen background, fine OTK positioning, and a good view of the spankee's cute bare bottom as it turns an ever-deeper shade of red. Overall, an excellent example of F/F superheroine spanking!
