The cover of Los Sensacionales Chafiretes #182 (date unknown). "He was more tinsmith than ladies' man" - but he got the job done!
We forgot to record where we found this one - probably on Ebay - but it's got a fairly good pair of
spankings (one on the cover, one inside). It's a Mexican comic book called Los Sensacionales
Chafiretes (The Sensational Chafiretes). As to the cover spanking, it uses that variant of
the OTK position where the spankee is held in position by one arm, which takes a lot of strength
and is very tiring, but it is nicely painted with a sexy spankee wearing cut-off shorts, so we
won't complain too much. 
Little is known about this title, but we'd guess it was published some time in the 1990s.

There's no continuity at all between the cover and the interior spanking - the characters are drawn differently, dressed differently, and have different color hair! The bus is the only constant, which is odd. However, the spanking's the main thing, and it's done pretty well and shown in two successive panels. The OTK positioning is decent, the bus driver/spanker is holding her down with his non-spanking hand, and she's feeling the heat: "¡Ouch! ¡Ay Ay!"
We think we prefer the first of the two panels because we get a better view there of the spankee's fanny getting paddled, but they're both good. Here's our translation:
CAPTION: And without anyone being able to avoid it...
BUS DRIVER: This will teach you manners, and good manners!
SPANKEE: Ouch!
BUS DRIVER: I am sure that a good lesson will in time make you an educated and decent woman!
SPANKEE: Oh! Oh!
