One of the many problems we face is the long intervals of time between acquiring new material and being able to post it because it's too easy to forget the details of when and where we found it (or someone sent it in, and yes, we do keep notes but they're not always complete). What we remember is the subject of one or more spankings in Firkin coming up on Chross's old bulletin board (which was later migrated to a new platform, causing a lot of things to be lost including passwords). Someone even asked if we (CSR) could help out. Well, at some point we did!
We think we managed to obtain a physical copy of Firkin #7 somewhere and scanned the cover and its spanking panel, but it must have been more than ten years ago. Anyway, let's take a look at this example of a modern (at least it might still seem "modern" if you're over 30) comic-book spanking.

The exaggerated style of the art, which reminds us of Peter Bagge, places humor above eroticism, but the positioning's not bad with Tessa's rear end held nice and high as she gets the slipper from her husband.
Were there any other spankings in Firkin? We can't remember if any were specifically mentioned back on Chross's board, and we didn't try to obtain the other six issues. Seven were published, of which only three have been indexed, so it's possible there was another spanking in there somewhere.
