The Italian artist Leone Frollo (1931-2018) hasn't appeared before in CSR, but he had a long career in comics and, during his later years, drawing erotic illustrations. His last work in comics was Mona Street, about the adventures of a young American woman who has recently graduated from a Boston college, and we'll see several excerpts from it now.
We don't know the whole story and only bothered translating certain panels, namely the ones with the spanking action, but it seems that Mona keeps getting herself in trouble and so of course she must be properly punished. Frollo is a first-rate artist like many others of his countrymen that we have seen in erotic comics, and he generally positions Mona very well but is not entirely convincing in the way the strokes are depicted, perhaps because he wasn't really into the scene and drew on imagination rather than experience.
"You will please rest your hands on my desk. The punishment would be much more severe! I will therefore limit myself to the use of this! And now miss young turn around again!" Uh-oh - Mona's in trouble now!
"That's very good. Lower it a little more. You will see you won't have too much pain." We're not sure Mona agrees with that claim once that ruler starts to land!
"It was Miss Brooks who chattered, while the headmistress silently contemplated." We're not sure what that
means, except that Mona is bending over for punishment once again, which is good enough for us!
