This scene appears to be from an actual DC comic book so we'll treat it as such even though we can't identify the issue. The drawing style and dialogue are obviously influenced by the excellent 1992-93 cartoon Batman: The Animated Series which we have mentioned before in these pages and on the CSR Bulletin Board, so it may be from the mid-to-late 90s. As a spanking it's pretty much nothing - the characters aren't drawn in an erotic style and there's no bending over in the positioning - but it counts as part of DC's impressive total of 69 spankings.

It's possible that the scene above inspired artist
Chris Foulkes to depict Harley
having just received a towel-swat and preparing to return the favor. Foulkes is basically a
girlie artist who favors substantial thighs and buttocks, which is o.k. with us
and would work fine for spankings. However, we went over about 700 of
his drawings but didn't find any other suggestions of spankings.
