We don't know too much about this one - it appears to be a semi-pornographic version of The Taming of the Shrew, or perhaps the famous musical Kiss Me, Kate (which of course was based on Shrew) since it contains a spanking. The dialogue isn't from Shrew or Kate, so the adaptation seems to be a loose one. And while we don't know exactly where this came from (a foreign comic book is most likely), it is likely that no one complained since it features a) sexy naked women, and b) a nice spanking!
Good OTK position, and the scene contains the three essential elements of a successful comic-book spanking: nice build-up, the spanking itself, and an aftermath featuring rubbing (as here) or a rueful admission that the spanking was felt.
03/11/2011 Update: "Bill" informs us that this scene, as well as College Student Spanking, came from either Penthouse Comix or Penthouse Men's Adventure Comics, both of which seem to have run roughly from 1994 to 1998. Thanks, Bill!
