Zatanna has appeared once before in this gallery, spanked with a ruler. She was several times used as a subject by the late Julius Zimmerman, including the afore-mentioned spanking and in the work we see here, which he titled "Dezign814". As Zimmerman drew her in the act of lowering her panties, Doctor Cylon could not resist the opportunity to change the context to one involving spanking, which he did with his customary skill.

Stocking and panties down but not all the way off, our spanker simply couldn't wait any longer and applied his left hand to the target area - but Zatanna doesn't seem to mind too much!
