We continue our series of drawings by Paula Meadows (Lynn Paula Russell) as embellished by Doctor Cylon with a scene of public chastisement. As we mentioned back in The Awful Anticipation, this is a frequent element in Paula's work, and to make it even worse for the spankee here she's been stripped completely nude! Of course this is the stuff of pure fantasy - no woman would ever want to actually take the place of this spankee - but it's obviously something that spanko women would fantasize about.

Not only is this interesting fantasy material, Paula also gives us very fine OTK positioning while Doctor Cylon does a nice, restrained job with the coloring. What's the story here? We have no idea, but the female witnesses wearing one-piece swimsuits make us think of a beauty contest, although the male witness doesn't seem to fit into that scenario with his old-fashioned suit. Whatever the story is, it's fine with us as long as it has a spanking as good as this one!
