For anyone unfamiliar with Bill Amend's comic strip Foxtrot, we explained who these characters are in Foxtrot Red Hot #2 over in Comics Gallery 1. Just as we did there, we see young Jason Fox spanking his teacher Miss O'Malley. This time Raylude is the artist, and we'll see a number of variations on his work by Doctor Cylon.

This was a commission for Dr. Al, who like Bawdy Bard saw a spanking potential with these Foxtrot characters that might have eluded most of us. "WWOEC" is a reference to the Wacky World of Erotic Cartoons (2001 - 2016), a site that did have a number of spanking cartoons by interesting artists but that was difficult to search for this genre specifically as it contained many others. It closed for reasons unknown (probably financial considerations) but not before the ever-alert Doctor Cylon had picked this one up.

Doctor Cylon colored this version differently, added red to both cheeks, and changed Miss O'Malley's expression slightly.
