We posted an animated version of this Julius Zimmerman drawing in Comics Gallery 1 some years ago not knowing then that Doctor Cylon had colorized it. Now that we have his colorized version, we suspect that earlier version may have been one of the Good Doctor's early animations (which he created without any identifying logo). He also added the caption in which Archie and Jughead, impressed by the ferocity with which Betty is spanking Veronica, decide it would be best to keep on her good side.

And speaking of Betty's good side, given her position facing away from the boys and bending over, we'd say she's presenting her best side to them right now! If we were in their shoes, we're not sure we'd notice much else but let's try: Zimmerman threw in some details like Betty tying up Veronica and a photo of Archie on the inside of Veronica's locker door, which may have been what set Betty off. Of course he's also drawn his usual comically-oversized boobs, and having shown Betty bending over he must have felt he could hardly do less for Veronica, especially since she's the one being spanked. Her nicely-arched back presents Betty with a fine target - in case anyone is blind and hadn't noticed!
