This drawing of Bill Ward has been colored, by whom we don't know, with considerable skill using a digital drawing application. The spankee is a reasonably well-drawn glamor girl not too far removed from Ward's better ones, but the spanker is beginning to show through his expression a mixture of lust and malice which unfortunately became typical of Ward after his early period. Here again the OTK positioning is badly flawed by having the right leg extended at the hip, presenting the bottom badly and making it impossible to apply the swats evenly to both buttocks simultaneously.

05/27/2011 Update: here is a photostatic copy of the cartoon as it appeared in an unknown Humorama digest. The caption, "Here's something to remember me by when I'm on my trip, baby!" could have been good fun if it had been meant affectionately, say with the young couple in this early Ward cartoon, but because of the spanker's attitude (referred to above) it really seems kind of mean here.

11/11/2011 Update: here is the place the cartoon probably first appeared, on the cover (and inside) the May 1960 issue of Comedy.

11/16/2012 Update: And here is the cartoon itself from that issue.

12/12/2014 Update: here is the fourth and last appearance of the cartoon, from the July, 1979 issue of Popular Cartoons. The caption has been altered although the basic idea is the same.
