#50 - Bill Ward Gets to the Seat of the Trouble

Possibly the best example of Bill Ward's F/F spanking work is this one in which the spanker declares, "I believe I'm getting at the seat of the trouble!" Not a bad gag, but what makes this one stand out is the extreme submissiveness of the spankee. With her eyes closed, she appears very relaxed and willing to accept her punishment, which she's well bent-over the knee to receive with only her fingers and toes touching the floor. As is usual for Ward, the girls are both wearing stockings and high heels, and the spanker also has a silk satin dress.

12/19/2014 Update: We have determined the first appearance of this cartoon was from the February, 1958 issue of Breezy. The caption is very slightly different: "I believe in getting at the seat of the trouble!" instead of "I believe I'm getting at the seat of the trouble!" Mike's cartoon from above was probably printed in the middle 60's, leaving two printings still unaccounted for at this time.
