Walking past a Trick Shop, a girl could risk getting spanked by a pair of extendo hands - or so the gag in this cartoon seems to warn unwary young ladies. Certainly that would be true if we owned the place! It's actually a fairly good gag, but there's no way to work the OTK position into it. The artist is unknown, but the cartoon was taken from the September, 1957 issue of French Cartoons and Cuties. |

We have only examined two issues of this title and do not have its dates of publication. We would guess it was published in the mid to late 1950's, which seems to have been a boom time for these digests. Humorama had somthing like 10 bi-monthly titles at the time, and the Wolf Books we have recently studied were being published then as well. |
