The third of our three uncle/niece spankings is a bit different in that this time the niece, instead of protesting, seems to be enjoying her spanking. If she didn't, it might seem a little creepy since her uncle, like his counterpart Uncle Albert in the preceding cartoon, obviously enjoys what he's doing. This way...well, it's still a little strange in the uncle/niece context, although of course we've seen several cartoons (for example by Homer Provence) featuring happy spankees who were apparently romantically involved with their spankers. Even granting that no incestuous relationship exists, we're treading a fine line here, and the question reduces to this: is it o.k. for two people who aren't lovers to enjoy spanking? We think it is, perhaps with some reservations and conditions, but others may disagree.

Apart from that, how good a cartoon is it in a purely technical sense? Compositionally, the artist (Frencz Hurric, making his first appearance in CSR) seems to have taken Bill Wenzel as his model - see e.g. Secretary Spanking #26 .

The OTK position is satisfactory, although we're not sure why Uncle George's third finger on his spanking hand should be bent that way, the expressions are convincing, and the spankee's bottom has been bared for the occasion. The bared bottom is the only advance here over the Humorama cartoons with which this one can generally hold its own, although in terms of raw technique the ink wash of Wenzel, DeCarlo, and Stiles along with Ward's conte crayon are superior. It came from issue #17 of Sex to Sexty, a publication about which we'll have more to say later in this series, and was discovered by Andre at SPK.
