You'll be glad to know, Butch, that this week's updates will indeed feature Starfire spanking Raven instead of the other way around. And there's a few more spankings for both of them in store before we reach the end of the Teen Titans Series .

I don't know anything about coding, so I can't begin to understand the problems you were having. I'm really glad you got it fixed.

This is a tricky task as once the tables are gone, if you can't get them back all the old posts etc. would be lost forever. I moved in all the 3.1.9 files from a fresh installation package, but the tables were still in the 3.1.6 configuration so the board didn't look right (we had another hybrid, half 3.1.6 and half 3.1.9). I then updated the tables to 3.1.9 by running only a part of the 3.1.9 fresh installation package (not a procedure you'll find recommended anywhere). If that sounds like a difficult task to pull off, you're right - it was! Blowing away production tables is not for the faint of heart, as you know you are getting rid of (in this case) more than 6 years worth of posts, and with them all the spanking pics posted by our Resident Artists and others.

Wow! I'm glad you were able to avoid losing all the posts! I was so relieved to go to my most recent posts and see that they were still there!

I enjoy C.S.R. and I appreciate all the hard work you do to keep it going. (Some weeks it's harder that others!)

Two positive items to note: Longtime contributor fanz123 found a Golden Age spanking we had somehow missed, so that can now be included as part of Super-Spanking Summer, tentatively slated for July 22. (He actually found this in June, but I don't want to forget about it).

Second, I made a most unusual Humorama discovery: while I am concentrating on the "classic" period of 1955-60, a digest from 1962 has surfaced which is of considerable interest. By that time, Humorama was mostly reprint except for some new stuff by Bill Ward, but none of Ward's 60's work for Humorama had ever included any spankings (perhaps because Abe Goodman, who loved the "spankers," was no longer editing the line) - until now. That's right, this was a new Humorama spanking which almost certainly appeared for the first time in 1962 ! Unfortunately, I couldn't get a copy of the book but I have a scan of the spanking cartoon and will certainly try to get a better one.

The imbalance of having so many F/F scenes and so few M/F ones continues to be a problem. Where possible, I will try to include one M/F scene per week during the remainder of Super-Spanking Summer, but it won't always be possible. I haven't even worked out the schedule beyond July, so all I can say is that I have 4 M/F spankings scheduled and some more beyond that but I can't remember how many.

Well, your May search wasn't too good but at least you do have some good news for us and I'll be looking forward to seeing both of them . I thought the drawing by Cattle6 was a good one. Like you, I do like the OTK position and I really like Raven's expression . I think Starfire must be doing a good job of giving the spanking because Raven looks like a very sorry girl who is already wishing she hadn't been naughty . I'll be looking forward to more drawings by Cattle6. I like the Spanked Harley drawing too. First off, I like the way the artist has drawn her bottom I also like the contemplative expression on her face. That seems like a really nice touch for this after the spanking drawing as it seems to me that she has a mixture of emotions going on right now . In Batwoman spanking Catwoman, you mentioned the hands on knees position and while it does seem fairly good, I really think that Catwoman is leaning a bit too far forward. Perhaps it would work this way but it appears just a bit awkward to me. Of course, I am an OTK man so I have little experience with this position. The girls are both nicely drawn and it certainly has some appeal both because the spankee is nice looking and also because we love seeing a naughty girl getting a spanking . Good updates . Things are back to normal this week here at CSR Heaquarters - if you can call an organization completely dedicated to all things spanking "normal" - so we have our two scheduled updates this week, plus a bonus courtesy of Hugob00m (which you've already seen if you follow this topic).

One spanking search note I forgot about last time: the search for all issues of The Paddler is finally concluded. After posting The Paddler #1 back in 2004, eight years passed until I located The Paddler #2 in 2012. At that time, I had definite proof that a third issue existed, but I had never seen it and it was not until very recently that I actually obtained The Paddler #3. It turned out to be a big disappointment, without a single paddling ! No wonder it was the last issue!

So now I will have to use the spot I had reserved in Comics Gallery #2 all these years for something else. And if anyone ever doubted my perseverance when it comes to tracking down comic-book spankings, this 12-year search, going back to the beginning of CSR itself, should dispel those doubts. The Paddler, as a rather clunky, pornographic parody of The Punisher was never a very good title, and its spankings were never that good either, but no way I was going to fail to bring a book with a title like that to everyone's attention !

Trigon spanks Raven isn't really my kind of spanking drawing as I prefer actual people and I'm pretty sure Trigon doesn't fall into that category . Still, Raven is nicely positioned and is apparently praying for the spanking to stop . I would have liked this one better if we could see Raven's face. I'm assuming those are tears streaming down her face but it's hard to tell. Anyway, from that and the color of her bottom, I'm assuming it's a good spanking .

I like Batwoman spanking Catwoman much better . You already mentioned the OTK position which is really good. I also like the way her lowered pants are depicted, being stretched as she attempts to kick her legs. Both spanker and spankee are nicely drawn, attractive women which adds to the drawing as well. Catwoman's bottom is well shaped too. I also like her expression of pain and disbelief at being dominated which goes nicely with the hand print on her bottom . I also thought Espy also did a good job depicting the action of this pic. Catwoman appears to be struggling which also goes nicely with her expression and the hand print .

I already made my comments about Katie as Poison Ivy...........I always love Katie getting spanked for a variety of reasons . Good updates. Thanks, Phil

Like I Said LOVE THE KATIE DRAWING WHAT A BOTTOM SHE HAVE The Trigon spanks Raven drawing is very Dark the over the knee is good and I like that this is a punishment spanking due to the tears falling from Raven eyes also her bottom is a nice shade of red GOOD DRAWING! I agree with you that Doomberry83 draws a nice, full bottom......just the way I like to see them I also thought her thighs and legs were pretty well drawn. I would like to see him work on the way he draws faces however. I am also not keen on spanking machines but at least that nice bottom is getting some attention. I'm assuming that the block that has her arms trapped is part of the machine? In any case, if I stumbled on to a scene like this, I would definitely stay and watch even if it is a spanking machine instead of a hand spanking .

The Catwoman spanking is also a bit odd but RWedgie does a nice job of drawing us a nice looking spankee with a shapely bottom getting spanked . I think both artists missed good opportunities here by using spanking machines instead of having the girls spanked by a man. There's just something about a machine spanking that kind of removes all the erotic potential from a spanking. Still, we have a couple of nice bottoms presented and spanked so I'll take it.
