In this gallery we've previously seen the Scooby-Doo girls Daphne and Velma getting spanked individually, and one of Daphne spanking Velma, so lets see those tables turned now and watch as Velma spanks Daphne with a wooden spoon! This is a traditional "Mom" spanking implement, and perhaps Daphne wanted a "Mommy" type of spanking as some women do although it may be that something else is going on here.
Our artist is CharlieHanks22, whose gallery on DeviantArt is currently empty but who "loves spanking" according to his very brief biographical note. Consequently, we can't say much about him and don't even remember where we found this. We think he must have had a gallery and then removed it for some reason. His drawing is rudimentary but not really bad; perhaps he simply gave up on his artwork.
