For the 11th entry in our series "Batgirl Hits Bottom", we really do have something completely different... no Batgirl! But we've spent so much time in the past four entries talking about the Joker and Harley Quinn, now that we recently came into possession of a spanking cartoon featuring the two of them this seems the logical place to put it.
