Of all the Teen Titans, Raven seems to be the one most naturally involved with spankings in the minds of independent artists. Of course, these artists are sometimes undertaking commissions, as in this case where JonezToons was asked to draw Raven getting the Bat-Paddle from Batman and Robin. JonezToons provided a typically stylized Raven who doesn't seem to mind receiving her swats one bit although she is shedding a tear. We don't like the thong-variation on Raven's costume (we hate thongs), but her bending-over position is good.
Robin is of course Raven's teammate. Why the commissioner wanted Batman involved isn't clear, unless it was to provide his legendary Bat-Paddle, which rather oddly is part of some mechanical spanking apparatus. The idea that Batman, given his proclivity for Bat-hardware of every description, would naturally use a Bat-Paddle seems to have occurred to many artists, with Arkham-Insanity having gone so far as to actually receive real-life paddlings with one!
As for JonezToons, he seems to be mainly a humor artist (he has his own strip Jonez Town) who has at least some acquaintanceship with spanking. Perhaps we'll see more from him in the future.
