Although Reed Richards spanking his wife Sue is an extremely natural pairing - Sue has to be one of the most under-spanked superheroines in comics - this is only the second time we've seen it in this gallery. (The first was when Reed spanked Sue and The Wasp together.) Perhaps thinking of the Comics Code Authority-censored Ben/Sue spanking in Fantastic Four #38, an unknown party decided to alter the splash page of FF #27 (June 1964), thus adding a spanking where none was to make up for the removal of a spanking from where it had been.
The story is entitled "The Search for Sub-Mariner," but that search doesn't enter into our concerns here - all that matters is Reed demonstrating his thought-projector helmet by projecting an image of Sue with it. As Jack Kirby drew an irregularly-shaped boundary around Sue's image, all the unknown party had to do was draw another image in its place...

But this time, Reed is giving Sue
a bare-bottom spanking with his hand flattened into a paddle! (As in the Bisontom drawing where he spanked Sue
and The Wasp together, it's another natural idea). Looks like Reed has something on his mind other than chasing
after the Sub-Mariner - and who can blame him?
We wish we knew whom to credit with this funny parody spanking, but we found it on the Rule42 porn site where many of the artists, including this one, choose to remain anonymous.
