This is the second time we've featured a Robb Phipps drawing of Wonder Woman spanking Supergirl (see the raised skirt hand spanking here). This time it's Phipps' whips as WW uses what looks like a heavy rope (it doesn't appear to be her magic lasso). Actually, we don't like whips or whipping (too cruel - we believe in loving discipline) and we consider the thighs out of bounds with any implement. We know that not everyone agrees with us, but even a pure punishment caning must be carried out at a reasonable level, and this looks excessive. Very likely Phipps was fulfilling a commission and not following his own inclinations, but in either case he provided the figures with good poses and expressions.
We also found a colored version of this drawing with a somewhat lower resolution at PC Cheats and Codes of all places. The colorist is unknown, but he did a nice job.
