In the fourth out of our series of five spankings from the comic strip Etta Kett, Etta discovers
you can't escape from your responsibilities. After not doing the dishes, she runs off with a boyfriend,
leaving Mrs. Kett to tell her father it's up to him to "bathe the dishes". He passes the buck to another
of Etta's suitors, drafting him for the purpose and kicking him uncermoniously out of the house when he
breaks one of the dishes. When Mrs. Kett gets home, she clobbers him, so when Etta arrives he takes
her right over his knee. In a scene that reminds us of
Etta spanking #2 he declares "Better late than never!" Indeed!
This spanking occurs less than a year after the last one and with #5 less than a year in the future - an impressive "spanking density" that we'll remark upon again next time as we wonder about the possibility of as yet undiscovered spankings in the strip.

The spanking panel is very similar to the two before it. Paul Robinson is never going to give us a nice full bottom on Etta, but he's consistent if only fair to good with his OTK positioning (the spankee being not quite forward enough over the spanker's lap), and Etta's expression is perhaps a little more startled than we have previously seen - maybe she's feeling the spanking more than she would have expected. There's also a little more indication that she's kicking her legs back and forth, a sure sign the spanking is doing its work She'll get no help from her mother, either, who tells Etta's father "You should have started that years ago!".
Mrs. Kett seems to have forgotten Etta spanking #2; we'd
like to think Etta has not! 
This is also an example of the "witnessed spanking" in which the spankee's humiliation is increased by having other people (in this case two of her boyfriends) witness the deed. Let's hope these boys learn something about how to spank women from Mr. Kett.
