We have seen two rather silly butt-whackings from Lena Pry (here and here). Our third is perhaps even worse, being carried out with the least-suitable implement we have ever seen - a shingling hatchet! Let's take a look at the ill-conceived thing now.

The spanking panel, such as it is.
Lena ends up on all fours and crawls under the ladder almost like a child going through the "spanking machine," but instead of hands she gets a sort of swat from the flat side of a shingling hatchet. If there's a more weirdly-composed spanking, we can't think of it, and the only other time we have seen a similar implement used was in a Bill Ward Humorama cartoon where a fireman applies the flat of his axe to the backside of the young woman he's carrying over his shoulder (no link because we haven't presented it yet), and it was rather awkward, too.
