Nurses have long been a favorite subject of Spanko (and other) fantasies, so when Julius Zimmerman did this sketch of a nurse lying prone on an examination table, Dr. Cylon's thoughts naturally turned to spanking. He added the colors and the caption which refers to an injection she's about to receive (three guesses where).
